Reservations

On confirmation of availability, please notify us via email of your booking. You will then receive a numbered invoice stating the amount to be paid as deposit (50 %).

The deposit is due no later than 10 days after the invoice has been sent. After depositing, please inform us of your payment and you will immediately receive confirmation and a receipt.

Bookings made less than 60 days before departure are to be paid in full.

The balance of the invoice is to be paid no later than 60 days before the departure date. Late payment may result in your booking not being secured and may be considered as a cancellation whereby cancellation charges will apply.

We will advise you of payment details regarding direct debit in € Euro or $US.

Alterations/Cancellations

Booking alterations will be accommodated provided it does not interfere with listed schedules. There are normally no charges for minor alterations. Every endeavour will be made to accommodate major alterations but some conditions will apply.

Cancellations should be notified in writing by email quoting your invoice number. The date we receive the message is the one used in calculating the charge. The following cancellation charges apply:

Number of days before departure:

90 days or over 20 % of the charter price

89-45 days 50 % of the charter price

44 -15 days 80% of the charter price

14 days or less 100% of the charter price

Where itineraries are given they may be subject to change according to guest's wishes, weather conditions or other circumstances. The final decision regarding itineraries lies with the skipper.

Please note that a modern yacht contains many pieces of machinery and equipment that operates in a harsh marine environment. Our yachts are well maintained, but it is possible that equipment breakdown may still occur. As long as the quality of the trip is not unduly affected in the event of equipment breakdown, such a breakdown by itself is no ground for a refund.
